Why We Request Gmail Access

FollowUpPro uses Google OAuth to send follow-up emails directly from your Gmail account. We request only the minimum permissions required.

Send email on your behalf (gmail.send)

This allows FollowUpPro to send scheduled follow-up emails from your Gmail address to your leads. Emails appear as sent by you. We never read, modify, or delete any of your emails.

See your Google Account email address (userinfo.email)

Used only to identify which Gmail account you connected, so we can display it in your integration settings and link follow-ups to the correct email account.

We do not read your inbox, access your contacts, or store your email content beyond what is needed to deliver your configured follow-up. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.
