By accessing and using FollowUpPro (the “Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to your access to and use of the Service, including our website, application, APIs, and any content, functionality, and services offered through FollowUpPro.
FollowUpPro provides automated follow-up tools for professionals, including:
Provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Each plan includes specific limits for email, SMS, and call follow-ups that reset at the start of each billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Phone number subscriptions ($2/month) are billed separately.
You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients before sending automated emails, SMS messages, or phone calls through FollowUpPro. You must comply with all applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and GDPR where applicable.
FollowUpPro provides the tools — you are responsible for using them lawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate communication laws.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by FollowUpPro. You retain ownership of all data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed message delivery, service downtime, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
